Its work flow is that the ton bags are transported to the unloading area through the bag feeding system. The unloading process uses gravity unloading and the pneumatic flow aid controls the feeding speed. The unloading process is sealed, and the automatic dust collection system prevents dust from blowing, which ensures the completely dust-free and lossless discharge into the hopper. The outlet of the ton bag is equipped with bag empty beating system to promote the fully discharge of bulk material in the ton bag. The bag is no breakage or leakage and can be reused. Equipment can be integrated with mechanical or pneumatic delivery systems to connect to downstream processes.

Just three steps to empty the ton bag

1. The ton bag is lifted to the emptying hopper
2. Open the big bag, and the system adopts multiple ways to assist unloading.
3. Pour the raw materials of the ton bag into the middle hopper.
