Touleo Arm1 automatic bag empty system. Which can transport the pallets through the transport module to the picking module, grab and transport layer by layer into the cutting module.The cutting module’s blade is specially designed to quickly cut the bag without producing bag shavings , and then transport the cut sack over the feed hopper, utilizing Touleo’s unique shaking device to ensure a 99.9% emptying rate of powders and granules,effectively discharging the sack contents . The emptied package is sent to the waste bag collection system. After the last layer of the pallet has been grabbed, the system will automatically load the next pallet for bag emptying.
Functions and Features
Designed and manufactured using the core technology and process requirements of German Touleo , and the main machine covers an area of only 20 square meters. Unmanned design. One-button operation , suitable for various working conditions such as half-stack, half-layer , etc., fully consider the interruption-automation scheme in various states, to ensure the safety of personnel in any abnormal state. The standard dust removal device can eliminate pollution and fully ensure a good working environment. No basic consumables, regular maintenance can run normally . Products can be customized and delivered according to usage scenarios: pallet positions, pallet widths, hoppers, electrical cabinets, doors and PLCs of the system can be customized and debugged according to customer usage scenarios.

Conveyor : An automatic conveyor that can be pre-loaded with pallets.The length can be customized according to customer needs, and up to 6 groups of pallets can be pre-loaded. Effectively improve the loading efficiency of forklifts.
Automatic pallet machine : Integrated into the host system to provide automatic pallet recycling, supporting automatic recycling of up to 20 pallets, further reducing the frequency of operator intervention .
Dust removal system : By sealing the cutting chamber , and at a preset time interval, the powder floating in the chamber is absorbed and filtered through the filter system to ensure that the raw materials will not leak out of the system. In addition to preventing contaminants from leaking out, it completely prevents outside dust and air contaminants from entering the hopper.
Emptying of sacks and big bags record and communication system: It can realize data communication with erp or central control room. The system stores complete customer usage data and can provide you with an accurate maintenance plan.
